8 Weeks of The Process is a general strength-building and conditioning program designed to add muscle, strength, and a taste of conditioning to start you off on the right path.

 

Each workout can be accomplished in one hour and will be effective but not draining.

 

Equipment Needed: Barbell, Rower Machine, Dumbbells, Pull Up Bar, Bench.
